With hands-on experience on large sites, Madis oversees client communication, project setup and overall delivery standards, ensuring that teams, schedules and site requirements are aligned from start to finish.
Daniel Nekrassov
Operations Manager / Site Supervisor
Daniel joins Kapan Solutions as Operations Manager, focusing on day-to-day site coordination and team supervision.
He is responsible for organizing on-site work, coordinating installers, following site rules and ensuring that daily tasks are executed according to schedule, safety requirements, techincal evalutaion of the projects, customer relations and communication.
